It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother in Victoria, B.C. on February 27, 2014. Helen was born in Mazenod, Saskatchewan on February 23, 1927. She was predeceased by her husband, Bob in 1989 and son-in-law, Paul Voisine in 2011. She is survived by her daughters, Suzanne (Leonard) Elaschuk, Yorkton, SK., Roberta Voisine, Nanaimo, BC and son, Clarence (Rocky) Gray, Victoria, BC; granddaughters, Erin Elaschuk, Yorkton, Kimberly Elaschuk, Regina and Nicole (Erik) Esleyer, Nanaimo; great-grandchildren, Gavin and Hayden Esleyer, Nanaimo. The family would like to thank the staff at Oak Bay Lodge for their care and support.
The service will be held in McCall Bros. Floral Chapel, Johnson & Vancouver Streets, in Victoria at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 7. A private family urn interment will take place at a later date in Regina, Sask. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Society. Condolences may be offered to the family below.
