October 10, 1925 – December 21, 2013
Born in Berlin Germany. After a very successful and happy life, we announce with great sadness the passing of our dear husband and father Phil. After settling in Canada in the late 50’s he had the opportunity to travel and work for the United Nations to help under developed countries. After completing his tenure with the UN in the early 70’s he came back to Victoria with his family to settle here for good. We will both miss him very much.
By Phil’s own wish, no service will be held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the BC Cancer Society.
