McCall’s Westshore Manager: John Ellwood

John was born in Vancouver, BC and graduated from Mount Douglas Secondary School in Victoria. He worked in Winnipeg; graduating from the Western School of Mortuary Practice in 1988. John served the Victoria Police Department as a Reserve Constable from 1991 to 1994 and the Westshore RCMP as an Auxiliary Constable from 1994 to 2002. John enjoys working part-time at Westshore Parks & Recreation Bear Moutain Arena as the lead security. An avid golfer, John is a member at Bear Mountain Golf Club.

John has resided in the Westshore since 1994 and is pleased to assist families of the Westshore and Sooke Communities.
