My deepest condolences to Laura and everyone in Dr. Skelly’s family on such a great loss.
Dr. Skelly was my family doctor for many years. He was so kind, caring, and a very professional person. He was overloaded with patients but treated patients with respect and even though the waiting room was full up, he went about his duties cheerfully and often stopped to observe everyone in the waiting room. He would have a smile on his face and often times say something humorous. Patients felt loved and wanted. He served faithfully in his chosen profession. His dedication was obvious. He worked really hard.

Let precious memories warm your hearts and may you have comfort knowing that others care and that your loved one’s reward in Heaven will be very great. Keep these memories safely tucked in the clefts of your hearts. God bless you as you go on the journey of life knowing that Dr. Skelly would want the best for you.

It is with great sadness to hear of Dr. Skelly, George passing. As we reflect on years gone by George had this little special leprechaun on his shoulders and always seen to know when dangers were just around the corner for his patients. His many years of offering his service to the norther communities was so much appreciated. I always enjoyed working with him and he served my family well in providing health care to us. He always had time to stop for a short visit and always interested in how you were doing. Thank you for the many compassionate years you dedicated in Northern Manitoba. You will be sadly missed.
