Dearest Marie, Jason, and Lindsay, and your families,

I have such fond memories of our summers with Grandma & Papa at Salty Towers – Lindsay’s stage, my lookout rock, Jason’s…what was it again? Playing out front in the garden at Temple Ave. Playing punch buggies and slap jacks. Riding on the bench in the back of the brown van…
Thinking of you all today. Sending you our love and condolences, and wishing we could be with you to remember in person.

    With Love,
    Emily, Jack, and little Sophia.

I had the pleasure of presenting Roy with his Royal Arch 50 year Membership Pin a few year ago.
I do recall he was very proud to be a Mason and took his Brotherly Love obligation very very seriously.
He will be missed by many.
May he rest in peace in the arms of the Great Architect of the Universe.
    Norm

Roy was a longtime friend from his teen years with my brothers–hunting, fishing, so after evacuation, came out to Taber for the upland game birds–as they also went out to enjoy his hospitality on the Poacher Maru, etc. He was the last of that old gang–the Okamotos, Waltons, Pallisers, Dempseys, Westgates, –and I will certainly miss him, but have wonderful memories of the tales that bunch told. I will keep in touch.
My deep sympathy, Love and many thoughts, Mary Okamoto Saruwatari

Roy was a great person and I am very pleased to have known him. I worked with him through the Sannich Municipal
buying man hole covers and more, wonderful person. Once the rudder of my boat dropped off and I was on a tide
grid, I went to Roy and he made me up a new rudder and I installed it when it was still warm into the boat, he had it wrapped in a burlap sack so I could carry it. Roy was just the best of all persons. God Bless
