Went to be with the Lord, leaving behind his wife Minya and son David. Hor-ming was born in Jiangmen, Guandong, China. He came to Victoria in 1967, was engaged in various occupations including teaching and business, and was active in social activities in the Chinese community. In his later years, following a stroke, he was compassionately cared for at Mount Edwards Care Home. His wife is deeply grateful to each of the dedicated staff and Dr. Christopher Lam.
A Memorial Service will be held on February 3, 2014 at 11:00 am at McCall Bros. Funeral Home, Johnson and Vancouver St., Victoria, B.C. with Pastor Peter Poon officiating. A reception to follow. Flowers or donations are gratefully declined. Condolences may be offered to the family below.
