Eva was my cousin. We always lived miles apart. Eva and family lived in Montreal and my family lived in Calgary for many years. Shortly after the war we moved to Ottawa where we had the opportunity to meet the other part of the Cassidy family. We weren’t very close to Eva and family but it is sad to know that another relative of the Cassidy family has passed away.

    Our condolence to Eva’s family.

Very sorry about Aunt Eva”s passing. Although we did not get to see her very often, we remember every visit. She always welcomed us with happiness and genuine joy.

Sending my love to you and your family. I only met Eva about three years ago. She was such a vibrant, loving and wonderful woman and was bigger than life even though short in stature.

She had a smile that could light up a whole room of people and always the Lady.

I was blessed to know her.

Eva was a very special friend to our family, I first met Eva about 25 years ago when I was working at a bank that she came to near her home at hillside – we just hit it off right away and the rest is history. Eva as everyone knows loved to get all dressed up and go to town. She also loved to hear people say No you are not that age she would just smile and enjoy every min. She came to our horse farm in kelowna and so enjoyed the horses. She was always a lady and seen the very best in people. Eva enjoyed travelling any where was good. We had some good discussions about the hope from the bible and looked forward to the time when pain and suffering will be done away with. We send our love to the family from gaylene. & David and Renee ‘ and Jody
