Our condolences to you Huguette,your children, grandchildren and Donald. Remember Rick as a happy go lucky guy in Timmins in the mid 50′s. Having moved to Nanaimo two years ago and having a phone conversation a year ago about catching up about life since we last seen each other and reminising about our mutual friend Bob Merritt I learned a valuable lesson. Never put off anything that can be done right away. I will miss that anticipated meeting with Rick for now but hopefully we will get together with the big guy upstairs. Our prayers are with you all.

It’s always sad to lose a friend or fellow fisherman and Rick was both.
Always quick with a smile or a funny comment. His presence will be sadly missed at fisherman’s wharf.
Rick was generous in business as well. Rick and family always treated me so well. I thank you.
