    Diane,
I am so sorry to hear about your Mum. Having met her a few times at the hospital, I was always impressed by her friendliness, independent spirit and dignity. My thoughts are with you.

  • Ellinor (Creak) Rose

My sympathy to you and your family. Although I didn’t know your Mother, my family and hers were well known in Kirkfield Park for many years. Your aunt, Rose Sansome, was my mother’s bridesmaid in 1933. Our family often drove your grandmother, Mrs. Hollins, to church in St.Charles on Sundays. I went to school with your cousin, Lynne, for many years so there are many family memories.

Dear Diane – my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your beloved mother. It was a pleasure to come to know your mother, in spirit, through our frequent chats at concerts. Kind thoughts are with you and your family. Sincerely, Dianne Pearce

Diane – I was saddened to read of your mother’s passing this morning. I had seen the picture of her in the TC for her hundredth birthday and this has come quite soon afterwards. I know how close you and your mother were and I’m sure this will be a very difficult time for you and your brother. My very sincere sympathies.
