Emerald passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on January 11, 2016. Emerald was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on July 20, 1946. She leaves behind her beloved children, Tim, Brenlee and Mike; her granddaughters, Annarosa and Kazja and her brother, Conrad (Jackie). She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Solveig and her brother, Kenneth.
Mom was an excellent cook and artist and her artistic abilities live on in Annarosa. Mom had a loving, generous spirit and was happiest when she was surrounded by family. She is now walking with her Lord beside quiet waters.
A private service was held.

Dear Bren, Tim, Mike and family.
I was very surprised and saddened to learn of the passing of your Mom. I remember her beautiful smile and her soft soul. She also enjoyed a good chuckle.
My heart goes out to you all at this time. I lost my Dad 2 years ago. I know how much our life changes after a loss of a parent.
