It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marilyn Carson on December 28, 2014 at the Victoria General Hospital. Marilyn was a smart, independent and stylish woman, dressed impeccably and loved fashion. An avid gardener and great decorator, an eye for detail unmatched. Marilyn is predeceased by her husband Hugh Carson, her mother and father E.J. and Constance Hunter, her brother Douglas Hunter and her adored nephew Greg Hunter. She will be sadly missed and forever loved by her brother Gordon Hunter and sister in law Lorene Hunter, her nieces and nephews Gayle, Nigel, Reggie, Genesis, Gordon and Pilar. Upon request there will be no funeral service. Condolences may be offered to the family below.

My wife Karen and son Max and I were so sorry to hear about Marilyn’s death. What a shock for all of us. We live just down the street from her at 1856 Christie Way. Please accept our condolences. The street won’t be the same without her, muffin, and her impeccable gardening skills.
