April 14, 1922 – March 8, 2015
Our amazing mother passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospice, surrounded by her family and their love. She was predeceased by her loving husband, George and survived by her children, Sharon (Denis), George (Tracy), Robert (Lana), Therese (Gordon); grandchildren, Shelley (Sean), Julie (Jeremy), Darren (Kara), Troy (Jocelyn), Jason (Sara), Gordon, Andrew (Melissa), Jason (Kristi), Trina (Cam) and 11 great-grandchildren. Her life was devoted to her family and she did every little thing with such love. Special thanks to the Angels at Victoria Hospice for the compassion and care they provided our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 785 Burnside Road, Victoria, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victoria Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation, 1510 Fort St., Victoria, BC V8S 5J2 (250)952-5720. Condolences may be offered to the family below.

Victor Marshall Dear Sharon, George, Robert, & Theresa and all the family … my sympathy
It was a great pleasure to have known your Mom over the years. I learned early on that she was a great Mom to you and then also to her grandchildren and great grand children. That is because she was always keenly interested in what you all were doing …. yes, the good as well as the not so good … she did not seem to miss much! This past year she talked to me about how great you all were. So remember the good times that you all shared with her over the years .

To All of Alice’s family, my deepest condolences. I always admired what your family had growing up in James Bay. Sharon as our babysitter and at times GeorgeJr. I especially enjoyed your mom and dad’s visit when they were travelling through Ontario.
