Born on June 9, 1931 in São Miguel, Ponte Garça, Açores, Portugal. Passed away on December 17, 2014 in Victoria. She was predeceased by her husband, Antonio and son, Luiz. Lovingly remembered by her sons, Carlos, Alfredo and Antonio; daughter-in-law, Eugenia; grandson, Antonio Carlos; brothers, Alfredo (Conceicao) and Jose (Maria) Simas; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mom was deeply devoted to her family and to the Catholic faith. Rest in peace mom, until we meet again.
Prayers will be offered at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 4635 Elk Lake Drive, on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at 6:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Royal Oak Burial Park. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Condolences may be offered to the family below.
