Miles and I send our deepest sympathy to Margaret’s family. We live in the same condo building as Margaret and we will miss her very much. Margaret was on the Council in our building. We are going to miss Margaret’s cheerful smile!
We have a cute story about Margaret: We had not been in our condo too long when our cat “Teddy” fell off our balcony due to his arthritis. ( We are on the second floor) We were terribly upset and sent flyers to everyone in the building to be on the look out for Teddy, Sure enough we got calls from our neighbors telling us about Teddy sightings!
Three weeks after Teddy went missing, on Boxing Day, we got a call from Margaret saying ” I think there is some one down here you might know.” Sure enough, it was our Teddy!
Margaret had come home late on Christmas night after celebrating with her family and at about 1:00am she heard a “meow”…..she opened up her sliding door and let Teddy in! She saved our Teddy! We are so thankful!

We were so very sorry to hear of Aunty Margs passing. She was a very fine lady. I will always remember hearing her happy ,unique laughter when I was growing up. She was very kind to my mom and I wish I could have visited more to be able to hear stories of their years growing up on the prairies. Heather, Ronnie, Debbie and Doug, I know you will miss your mom very much and there will be a sadness and empty space in your hearts. My thoughts and understanding go out to you. Thinking of you .
    Liz Lindquist.
