MACDONALD, Louise Rita (nee Ferrero). Passed away in Victoria April 29, 2009. Born in Rossland BC, October 12, 1916. Predeceased by her husbands William David Evans(1972) and Chisholm Macdonald (1976); brothers Albert and George. Survived by her daughter Marie Evans and many extended family and friends throughout Canada and the UK. Louise graduated from the Royal Jubilee Hospital School of Nursing in 1938. She nursed in several locations and would return to Royal Jubilee Hospital as Head Nurse 3 Royal. She enjoyed bridge and travelling. Louise was a loving and devoted mother and will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her. Marie would like to thank Dr. Scott Wallace for all the years of friendship and care, caregiver and companion Lorna Donaldson, as well as, all the staff at Mt. Tolmie for their kind and professional support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice. We will always remember your smile and beautiful blue eyes.
