A Celebration of Life will be held at MCCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Johnson & Vancouver Streets, Victoria, BC on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow at Royal Oak Burial Park.

    My family and I send our sincerest sympathies to Kim’s family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Kim in 2005 for the Canadian Scottish Regiment in the Bay Street Armouries. She made me laugh everyday and put a honest smile on my face when I was down. At the time I began working with Kim, I was pregnant with my second child and she named the first sonogram photo of the baby “Tic-Tac”. She not only shared her knowledge of her job with me but she shared stories of her family life and made me feel part of her family. Her love for her family was unmistakeable and passionate.
    Thank you Kim for opening yourself and your life to me. I will never forget you.
    She will be missed greatly as a part of my military family and also as a friend and confident.
