Passed away in Victoria, March 16, 2015. She was born in Moedling Austria, April 27, 1924, predeceased by her husband, Henry; son, Robert. Survived by her son, Henry (Vickie); grandsons, Tony (Kirsten) and Brad; great-grandson, Malcolm; also survived by sister, Milla; niece, Ingrid (Josef) in Austria and many good friends.
Hanna was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, March 27, 2015 at McCall Bros. Floral Chapel, Vancouver and Johnson Streets. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.

Janet McDonough Henry, Vicki and family; I’m sorry to hear of Hanna’s passing. I spoke with her the other day and she told me about the new great grand child, she was very excited. I know she was loved by many friends and she will be missed greatly by her ladies she played cards with. She was so welcoming to me from the start, and also welcomed my parents into her home many times when they came to visit from Ontario. They too were sad to hear of her passing and wanted me to pass on their condolences. She was a great friend to me over the years and she will be missed. Janet, Nan and Harold

Mona Jane Henry, Vicki, Brad, Tony and family – I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. I spoke with Hanni just recently and she sounded in good spirits. I hope she didn’t suffer and her passing was peaceful. Now she is reunited with her husband and son and so many good friends that had predeceased her. Your mom was a good friend to mine and I appreciated all they meant to one another. Am hoping they are all dancing, singing and enjoying themselves on the other side. My thoughts are with you at your time of loss. Know how fortunate you are to have had such a good mom/Oma as we were to have such a good friend. Our sincerest condolences.
