May 21,1929 – December 22, 2013

Joe passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer.  Predeceased by son Tom Levy and lovingly remembered by his wife, Margaret; son, Ken (Dianne); daughters, Karen Chambers and Tammy (Ian) Donaldson; grandchildren, Heather, Wayne, Gary, Adam, Alicia, Nathan, Emily and great-grandchildren. Many thanks to his long time friends Louie and Gunter.

Joe worked many years at BC Forest Products and Canwest Mall. He loved the lagoon where he spent many years walking at the beach with his dogs Dudley, Grace and his beloved grandchildren.

Joe was greatly loved and will be missed forever.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to “Our Place”.  No service as per Joe’s request.

    Joe was an awesome Dad ,he wasn’t my biological dad,but you would have never known that .He treated me like I was his own daughter, I feel very lucky to have had him in my life.We had a love/bond that will make me miss him til the day I die.This has been very hard on our family, he was our # 1 “bossman”.He lived this last year trying to battle Cancer he fought hard to beat it .I will love and miss you forever ,your Squirt Tammy
