Jim passed peacefully holding his beloved wife’s hand in March 2015.  He was born in Chicago in December 1938.  The culmination of Jim’s artistic talents led him to becoming a world-class bird carver.  He was also a member of the Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club.  His sense of humor and love of life will be greatly missed by his wife, Jan; daughters, Kimberly (Seth) and Kristin (Anthony); grandchildren, Torin and Aurora; sister, Jane (Steve); sister-in-law, Lizabeth and other family and friends.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, an “in tribute” donation to Victoria Hospice would be appreciated.  Condolences may be offered to the family below.
