Passed away on August 26, 2015 after a short illness at age 58. Predeceased by his dad Jack, Gary will be missed by his sons; Rob (Christie) and Jack (Theresa), grandchildren; Calum, Faryn, Emma and Charlotte, mother Anne, sister, Marie, brothers; Brian, Brent, John and Stephen and many other family members and friends in Canada and Scotland.
Gary was a kind, easy-going and exuberant character who loved a party and had a great sense of humor. He was happiest in the outdoors, could make a fire with two rocks and a blade of grass, and always caught the fish.
Gary’s family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Jubilee hospital for taking such good care of him in his final days.
