It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ena Elizabeth Neal on November 21, 2009. Born on October 1, 1927 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Ena was the youngest of eight children. Ena was predeceased by her loving husband, Maurice; sisters, Rene, Edith, Freda, Win and brothers, Dick and Victor. Our Nana loved her Ardmore home and the local trails she and her lab, Brindy, shared daily with her many friends and neighbours. Ena is survived by her two sons, and daughters-in-law, Brian and Marjory, Chris and Cheryl and her much loved grandchildren, Jen (Jeff) Barter, Chris (Amanda), Carly and Lindsay and her sister, Pearl in England. Many thanks to her doctors, Dr. A.W. Prowse, Dr. Richard Kennedy and Dr. Philip Kelly for their wonderful support and care.

No service by request. Donations, if desired, may be made to the Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
