Elizabeth Nancy (Beth) Vistisen

Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, passed away peacefully at Hospice on December 24, 2011. Predeceased by husband Poul (1999). Survived by Son Greg (Tracy) Vistisen; Daughters Cyndie Richdale, Karen (Dave) Turner and Marni (Tom) Harwood; Grandchildren; Shayla (fiancé Eric), Jesse, Taryn, Maggie, Makensi, Nicolas, Brennan, Graysen, Thane and Jamie (fiance Marcy); Great granddaughter Kiera; Brother Harry (Brigitte) Hunt; cousins, nieces, nephews and relatives in Denmark.

A Funeral service will be held January 6, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. at the University of Victoria Chapel. She will be laid to rest January 7th at 11:00 a.m. at the Royal Oak Burial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Jeneese Place. c/o Queen Alexandra Foundation (charity # 89863 8291 RR0001), 2400 Arbutus Road, Victoria BC V8N 1V7. Condolences to the family may be offered below.

    I am saddened by Beth’s passing. I will always remember her as a warm and caring friend who also happened to be my next door neighbour for many years on Hopesmore Dr. I know she will be sorely missed by all her family members who she loved so much. My thoughts are with you.
