Lucy Wiley Thanks for being open about neuroendocrine cancer. I’m very sorry Dave was taken from us but every time someone says the name of our disease, it loses some of its awful power. Your family will be in my heart, today.

Tamara Malczewska I wrote this poem for Dave over a year ago, sharing it now, with love to Susan:
Mister Jones:
man of
gears wheels
spokes
and those
tube steel triangles –
cycles, poised legions
gracing your garageDave:
waves
quiet grins
across stile
hedge lawn tar –
shared meals
mugs tools good
timesJones:
four doors down
four legs
following
friends on every
door
step along up hill
with usHe: who
leans left leans
right (on Wednesday
nights)
shiny side up
and your rubber
down
not out
shout it.

Carmen Rees Susan, my sympathies, so sorry. I have learned from Dave, although brief, a deeper appreciation in life.
God Bless.

John Allen Susan, you have my deepest sympathies. As you know, Dave and I have known each other ever since kindergarten, and we were housemates in London at the University of Western Ontario. I will always remember Dave and a very friendly, funny and focused person. I am privileged to have known him and proud to call him my friend. God bless him, and you. John Allen

Nancy Dear Susan,
My thoughts are with you. As you face a new chapter remember Dave will remain with you in your heart and thoughts.
So sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. May your cherished memories of him be stronger than memories of the difficulties he endured from his Neuroendocrine cancer. ❤️❤️
