March 20, 1930 – July 9, 2014

Cliff passed away peacefully at home with his beloved wife of 59 years, Verna, by his side. Cliff was a true gentleman with a brilliant mind, kind heart, and many passions. He is survived by his children, Brenda, David, Donald, Brian and Michael, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Cliff graduated with a chemical engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1951. He had a highly successful and respected career in the Saskatchewan potash industry. Cliff positively touched and influenced the lives of many, and will be dearly missed by all that knew him.

A celebration of Cliff’s life will be held at St. John the Divine, 1611 Quadra St., Victoria, British Columbia on Tuesday, July 15th at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to Victoria Hospice, Palliative Care Unit, in appreciation of their kind and compassionate assistance during the closing weeks of his life.  Condolences may be offered to the family below.
