Very sorry to hear of Charley’s passing. It would be back about the years 1951-1952 at which time Charley was employed by the C.N. railway and he was working the night shift with a mutual friend, Alan Burton. We would often fish for Small Mouth Bass @ Beaver Lake and Charley was frequently the lucky angler. Unfortunately, I had not been in in touch with Charley for ever so many years however I well remember him for his fine sense of humour as he was indeed, a fun loving guy. May he rest in peace.
