January 17, 1941 – November 22, 2011

It is with great sadness we mourn the loss of Charlie after a brief illness. Born and raised in Victoria, BC, he worked as a longshoreman for many years until his retirement.

Predeceased by his parents Donald and Patricia Keirs. Survived by his sisters Beth (Vin) and Patsy; his soul mate Peggy English and his family Rob, April, Jenny, Steven, Debbie, Sam and their families.

He had a heart of gold and will be dearly missed.
