~~A Special Tribute for a Special Person Our Mum!~~

“Our mother was an inspiring soul always there for all who came to her with their troubles with kind words and wise advice. Her home was open to everyone and her hospitality made them feel important. She was the most Loving, Humble, Compassionate, Understanding, Family orientated woman and one of the most beautiful souls one could ever meet. One of her loves was looking for the perfect shell on the beaches of Maui. We miss you everyday & Love you so much Mum xoxo…Aloha ‘Ohana”

Special thanks from our family to her friends for being there and to the doctors, nurses and staff at Saanich Peninsula Hospice & Palliative Care for their compassionate care provided to our Mother.

Bev requested a private burial.  Donations would be greatly appreciated in Bev’s memory to Saanich Peninsula Hospice & Palliative Care,  2166 Mount Newton Crossing Road, Saanichton, BC, V8M 2B2 or Children’s Hospitals.

    One Final Gift

Scatter me not to restless winds,
Nor toss my ashes to the sea.
Remember now those years gone by,
When loving gifts I gave to thee.

    Remember now the happy times,
    The family ties we shared.
Do not leave my resting place unmarked,
    As though you never cared.

Deny me not one final gift,
For all who come to see.
A single lasting proof that says,
I loved… and you loved me.

    “Aloha ‘Ohana”
