Garry, Dennis and Kathleen: I was very sorry to read of your mother’s recent passing. She was a fine example of a caring, Christian woman, and a truly good neighbour. As a young girl growing up on Oliver St. with only my dad, I always knew that your parents home was a ‘go to’ place if ever I needed help. I had the deepest respect for Bea and Gordon. As I later lived on the same block as a young parent, I know your mother kept a kindly, watchful eye on my own daughters.
My sincere sympathy to you and your families at this time. I hope to be able to attend on Thursday.

I am pleased to say, I am able to make it to the service next Thursday and my brother Ross is also planning to attend.
Your Mother was such a kind, soft-spoken and caring person.
    May she rest in peace.

Bea was a perfect example of a servant leader. She did all she could for as long as she could and I loved the example she set. She remained true to her beloved Sunshine Group, and we all missed her when she could no longer come out.

Sorry we will be in the Prairies when she is laid to rest.
    Sincerely,

    Donna & Buck

I am so sorry to hear about Bea’s passing. Back when she still lived in her house I used to visit her once per month to drop off books from Visiting Library Services. She would always invite me in and we would chat about the books she had read, what I was dropping off and other books she was looking for. I always looked forward to seeing her. She was one of the highlights of my route and I truly missed her when she suddenly disappeared from my route. May we all be consoled by fond memories of her.
