  3. Sue Simard says:

Joan was a very special woman and friend to me and also my family. She took my foster son under her wing and really nurtured him and made him feel important. We spent a lot of time together during her move and then afterwards as well. Joan was a kind and loving person. We shared so many laughs together and she was always ready to relax and just sit and talk. It was an honour to be her friend. She’ll be missed. Our condolensces to all of her family.

  4. Peter and Donna Sparrow says:

We are sorry to hear of Joans passing. We all remember Joans warm and easy manner. Happy hour at the Sparrow and Avery homes was fondly remembered by mom (Gert).
