I would like to offer my condolences on Rex’s passing and on behalf of the Eustace family of Sugarloaf and aunt Ina Heale living at St. Pat’s Mercy Home in St. John’s. In my visits to aunt Ina she often mentions stories about Rex and his brothers as boys and their escapades at their dads (uncle Art) summer residence at Sugarloaf. I fondly remember making mud pies with Rex’s daughter’s Cathy and Debbie on the bank next to the old farm house as a lad and I hope you both are well.

What can be said about the passing of a loved one. Sympathies and condolence never seem to be enough to pass along. The heart felt sadness and loss you fell will never be known by another, they can only understand how you feel and never really know.

We can share in your sadness; while at the same time share in the joy of the memories we all have. It is through those memories that our loved ones will never truly leave us. It is through our laughter and love of Uncle Rex that we will always have him near and dear to our hearts.

It is our hope that every tear is followed by a giggle and the sadness of our loss is replaced with the laughter and love we all share for Uncle Rex.

    Hugs for all from us.
