Messages of Condolence

  1. Karen De Lisle says:

    Dear Anna’s Family,

My Mother, Elvi Lovgren, was born in Finland and immigrated to Canada at 6 mos. with her family to the Thunder Bay Area. Elvi and Anna met at Eaton”s Dept. Store (1958-60′s) when they both worked there making pies for the Dinning Room and the Hostess Shop. They kept in touch for many years. Anna was a good friend and a great comfort to my Mother. My Mother died April 7, 2001 at age 87 years old. Thank you for this opportunity to remember for a few moments two wonderful women who dedicated their lives to their families. May they enjoy many conversations over a cup of coffee in the next phase of their lives.
With Deepest Condolences, Karen De Lisle

  2. sheila grigg adn phil rogers says:

Phil and I lived two doors up the street from Anna, for the last 35 or more years. We always had a cheerful wave and a chat with each other, and Anna always asked after our daughter, Rachel. She was a wonderful neighbour..I know the street will miss her smile and hello.

  3. Jayne and Tim Patrie says:

We have lived next door to Anna for about three years. Although we didn’t know her for long, we did enjoy her company when we were over for tea. She always had a big smile and great stories to tell. I know that she will be missed.
    Jayne and Tim
